This woman in uniform, circa 1995 is defending capitalism on the banks of Ohio river in Pittsburgh, her job of making sure that no one sets foot on the ship without a ticket is safe until communism arrives. Of course, communism is just beyond the horizon... (All who remember that Soviet era joke, must vote 10 at http://contests.fotki.com/contests/48/5154.html once the voting begins at the end of May!)
