Got together at Alex's & Vicki's place for a bar-b-q

On 4/26 was the 20th anniversary of the Chernobyl acident. To commemorate this event, we got together at the "Russian" library in Glendale, CO. After watching a documentary on the subject by Yelena Zmushko, we had a very interesting discussion that lasted until the library closed and we were kicked out.

Grandpa turned 91 and we celebrated at the Chinese restaurant - his favorite!

Great small party at a small and cozy local Russian Restaurant. We even flew his sister over from Philladelphia for the party.

Last evening of the year we spent with the family at my sister's house. It was a little small for all the kids to run around, but we had a good time and that's what really counts!

Lovers of the outdoors and of author song gathered in the Colorado Mountatins for the weekend of eating singing and good times. Our guest from Moscow was Andrey Kozlovskiy. Three dedicated Barabanschiks came all the way from San Francisco for this grand occasion... but got drunk in Denver and never actually made it to the slet.
